Here's a look inside the new Geno Smith deal. At a bare minimum, it's one-year, $40M (if he makes at least $18.5M elsewhere in 2026). The Raiders can easily walk away after two years, $66.5M

Smith report points to a base two-year extension worth $75 million. Given that he was due to make $31 million in the final year of his existing contract, it becomes a three-year, $106 million deal.

The Seahawks signed Darnold to a three-year, $100.5 million deal.

Smith reportedly has a $10.5 million upside. Darnold has a $15 million upside. That puts Smith at $116.5 million in maximum earnings, and Darnold at $115.5 million.

My understanding is since Joe Milton became available at the start of the offseason, teams that showed interest included the Raiders, Eagles, Giants, Steelers and the Cowboys.

The #Patriots had a better offer for Milton but chose to send him where he wanted out of respect for him, per source.

OL kapcsán kicsit gondolkodtam itt a mostani press conf infók alapján.

Miller és Glaze tűnik az OT párosnak, de várható OT pick. Egyfelől Miller szerződésének utolsó évére fordul és 30+-os lesz, másfelől Glaze első éve, bár igen bíztató volt, még nincs bebetonozva a helye a kezdőben.

Az interior OL tűnik izgalmasabbnak, ahol úgy fest igazi nyílt verseny lesz mindhárom posztra.
Parham, JPJ, Meredith és Cappa neveznek egyelőre, de érkezhet még ide is egy rookie simán.
Fontos, hogy a legjobb ötöst keressük, ergó attól, hogy JPJ a legjobb OC, lehet akkor a legjobb a csapatnak, ha Ő mondjuk LG lesz.

NFL snap számaik:
JPJ tavaly volt LG, OC és RG is, bár ott csak 21 snapet.
Meredith tavaly 180 snapet játszott RG és 394 snapet LG posztokon.
Parham tavaly csak RG volt, de 2023ban játszott LG-t (978 snaps) és OC-t (64 snaps) is. 2022ben főleg LG volt, de játszott 2 meccset RG és kettőt OC posztokon is.
Cappa 6691 NFL snapet tud maga mögött, mint RG és sose játszott még más poszton.

Azt elég biztosan kijelenthetjük, hogy Cappa vagy kezdő vagy csere RG lesz.
A három fiatal pedig verekedhet mind a három helyen.

Sok múlik szerintem Cappa formájától. Ha Ő tud stabil kezdő szintet hozni, rendben van fizikailag, akkor egy poszt el is dőlhet rögtön, hiszen Glaze vagy rookie RT számára is segítség lehet egy rutinos stabil RG.

Ebben az esetben marad az OC-LG kiadó és jöhet a „nagy” JPJ-Parham csata. Azért őket emelem ki, mert Ők mindketten lehetnek szerintem OC és OG poszton is kezdők.
Azt gondolom továbbra is, amit egyébként Ted Nguyen is „oszt”, hogy Parham legjobb helye OC lenne és JPJ remek OG lenne.

Az ideális interior szerintem az lenne, ha létrejönne a JPJ-Parham-Cappa belső kezdő hármas és Meredith mindhárom poszton bevethető csere lenne mögöttük.

Miller-JPJ-Parham-Cappa-Glaze kezdő, Meredith, Munford és 1-2 rookie mint depth, ha most kéne valamit mondanom 😊

Devin White had a decent rookie year, he’s continually been among the worst coverage ILB in the NFL. Missed tackles, noticeable lack of effort at times

Did do decent with the Texans last year in very limited snaps. #Raiders banking they can get something similar to the limited snaps last year, obviously has connection to Spytek and Carroll/Graham get the best of ILB. More than likely is just depth, but starting wise there’s some concern
