A scrimmage 2 MVP-je Collin Johnson és Joe Schobert volt. Előbbi minden felé jövő dolgot elkapott, még CJ Henderson mellett is és kb biztosította a helyét az 53-ban. Leszedett egy 30 yardos TD elkapással Dobbstól, majd behúzott egy 50/50-es labdát középen Giles-Harris mellett majd Minshewt is kisegítette egy csöppet alul dobott passz megszerzésében. Edzés után ő beszélt a médiával Marrone mellett. És ha már média, (ha a méretét nem nézzük) nem kis embertől kapott nagy méltatást ma.

Minshew a scrimmage első felében a TC legrosszabb teljesítményt hozta le, de szerencséjére a második felében több szép driveot összehozott. Előbb Charknak osztott ki egy TD passzt, majd egy egy briliáns touch passt adott neki. Az edzést egy szép TD passzal fejezete be Terry Godwinnek, aki egyre inkább bejelentkezik egy roster helyért.
Goodwin mellett a Florida rookie WR-e, Josh Hammond is megvillantotta, mit tud. Ahhoz képest mennyire kevésre tartják egyesek a Jags elkapó sorát (igen rád nézek, PFF), nekem a csapat egyik legnagyobb erősségének tűnik a csoport. Mondjuk ez lehet a többi egység kritikája is...
Marrone azt mondta az scrimmage után, hogy kemény döntések elé néz a Jags, hogy kit tartson meg a WR-ek közül jövő héten. (Én megpróbálnám egy WR needes csapatnak elsózni valamelyik lejáró szerződésű elkapónkat...).

A pass rusherek között meglepő módon Chaisson és Cassius Marsh villogott leginkább. Középen pedig LaVar Hamilton egyre nagyobb stealnek tűnik. Doug Costin, aki a héten picket mutatott be szintén jól játszott, lehet egy roster helyet is megcsíphet.
A secondary egyik legjobb napját hozta le, kevés volt a könnyű elkapás és ha Collin Johnson nem tolja God modeban, akkor még jobban szenvedett volna a passzjáték.
A QB-k között szerintem nagy fejlemény, hogy Luton(!) volt a 2. QB Minshew után, aki snapeket kapott. Nagyon durva lenen, ha beelőzte volna mindkét veteránt a depth charton... Pedig lehet ez a helyzet. Azért neki is volt ma pickje, Giles-Harris szedte le azt a labdát.
Jarrod Wilson és Josh Jones feltűnően sokat voltak együtt a pályán safetyben. Jones valószínűleg szintén bejátszotta magát a keretre, kérdés kinek a kárára...
A nap második legjobb RB-je James Robinson volt. VÉGRE! Chris Thompson rendszeresen be volt rotálva passz szituációknál.
Az O-linenak nem volt túl jó napja Linder nélkül. Egyedül Cam Robinsont(!) lehetettet dicsérni közülük. A QB-k egyfolytában nyomás alatt voltak.
Carlyonra ezek az urak tették a legjobb benyomást szombaton.
