Marshall védelme volt az utolsó fasza. Btw, BigSey kurva nagy volt.

Azon gondolkozom, hogy mi lett volna a csapattal, ha nem cseréljük el sem Mack-et (tegyük félre a nem akarok itt játszani dolgot), sem Cooper-t. Akkor elvileg nincs a Brown saga, nincs Ferrell draft. Jacobs és Abram akkor is itt lehetne a csapatban.

Nem akarom védeni Grudent és Mayockot, mert szerintem is több a rossz lépésük, mint a jó.
Ugyanakkor az objektivitás megkívánja, hogy megjegyezzem: ha fönti két úriember továbbra is Raiders-mezben nyomná, akkor Lamarcus Joyner, Trent Brown és Tyrell Williams nem.
Persze ez még mindig nem jelenti azt h helyes volt a csere.

Trey Flowers a 4.körben lett draftolva, eleinte nem tűnt annak aki lett, aztán elég jól kifutotta magát..Számomra fura, hogy 3 meccs alapján valakit végképp leírnak. Sőt, hogy maradjak a Patsnél, de más posztot is mondjak, HT is ki lett kiabálva a csapatból első másfél évében a szurkolók java által..

Azon gondolkozom, hogy mi lett volna a csapattal, ha nem cseréljük el sem Mack-et (tegyük félre a nem akarok itt játszani dolgot), sem Cooper-t. Akkor elvileg nincs a Brown saga, nincs Ferrell draft. Jacobs és Abram akkor is itt lehetne a csapatban.

Persze utólag könnyű okosnak lenni, meg persze Mack nem igazán akart itt játszani, de akkor is érdekes, hogy csupa rossz döntés volt helyette:

Moreau és Renfrow az értékükhöz képest nem rosszak.
Bell pedig practice squad-os.

A tavalyi draftból sincs olyan játékos, aki meghatározó tud lenni. Kolton küszködik, PJ Hall rotációs emberke, de annak nem rossz. Hurst szintén ezt a szintet üti meg. Parker egy fos. A többiekről meg nem is érdemes beszélni.

Szóval még azon túl, hogy nem egy O zseni Chucky, draftolni sem igazán tudnak a csapatnál, illetőleg látszólag hibás döntések születtek.

Tavaly minden Sean McVay-ről + M Nagyról harsogott, és ők is képesek voltak szar döntéseket hozni illetve nem hozni meccsközben. Elismerem ez botrányos volt, de adjunk még legalább 4 meccset nekik, utána (ha úgy van) jöhet a napalm.

Ehhez egy olyan QB kell, akinek vannak tökei.

Hát, az eredményesség nem szívderítő (legalábbis egyelőre), de szerintem kevés érdekesebb csapat van jelenleg az NFL-ben a Raidersnél. A Vegasba költözés, Gruden, Mayock, Carr, stb. Plusz erre jött még rá az AB sztori, ami ugyan negatív történet, de olvasnivalót, beszélnivalót bőven adott.

Legyen bármi is ennek a kísérletnek a vége, ezt a kísérletet nem 2019-re hegyezték ki, hanem 2020 (talán még inkább 2021) és beyond. Addig nincs értelme bedobnotok a törölközőt, egyszerűen türelem kell. És közben 12 hónapra megvan a program, mert az egész évnek mindig van olyan eseménye, ami valamiért érdekes. Ez is valami. Sőt, nekem pl. már lassan többet jelent (jobban érdekel), mint az, hogy januárban pár hétig tudok-e még szurkolni vagy sem.

tartom a Gruden project kapcsán amit leírtam annak idején: 4 évet adok ennek, mert nagyon mélyről indultunk, általában 3 év kell egy korrekt történethez. PO szintű csapat kell 21-re. Ez nem lehetetlen, de sürgősen el kell kezdeni egy PO kaliberű defense összerakását. Az offense nekem kicsit olyan, hogy "nem lenne rossz, de valami nincs meg" amitől jó lenne. Lehet egy konzisztens QB játék hiányzik, vagy egy QB, akiben bízik a staff. Írják kint, hogy a scriptelt gameplan és ez a max protect történet, amit a Vikes ellen produkáltunk, az azért volt, mert nem bíznak abban, hogy Carr egy elit pass rush ellen megállja a helyét.
Kurva nehéz türelmesnek lenni.

I'm watching the All-22 of this game and here are my takeaways from the Vikes loss.

Everytime Derek feels alittle bit of pressure he panics and gets happy feet. His timing goes off and he has a bunny hop and doesn't set his foot correctly and throws the ball too high to his receivers.

Gruden has also taken away Josh Jacobs as a checkdown and using him as an extra defender instead.

Under center Derek's footwork is off and there isn't a glide to step at all. On his Int play 14:55 mins in the 2nd quarter he hurries the play instead of a 3 step drop it became a 5 step drop back pitter patter pass where hurried his footwork and threw too high and fast to Moreau

When Carr audibles or kills the play the defense already knows where Carr is gonna audible to and purposefully give him a look and know where to go and they adjust accordingly or either nod to themselves they know where he's going. They don't even care about the deep ball because he'll never avoid pressure throw deep and complete the play. Example in the 2nd quarter 5:10 on the clock Derek calls an audible and the Dlinemen nods his head saying he knows he killed the play and is gonna run so keep the play as is and twirling his right hand saying keep it as it is we got him to audible to a run.

The very next play at 4:55 in the 2nd quarter it was a overload left and Derek threw his hands up and it became a 2 tight end set with Carrier moving to the right and Waller as the left tight end. The linebackers knew Carrier was gonna pull and it was a run play and the linebackers were stepping left (as they face the QB) before the play even began. The play calling by Gruden is too predictable.

3:35 mins in the 2nd quarter Carr calls an audible the Dlinemen twirls his hands again but this time a 2nd Dlineman soon after crosses his finger saying kill the blitz Derek is gonna run with it. Carrier was open on with a quick dig but Carr but did an audible that was a designed QB run to right. The Dlineman who killed the blitz purposefully ran up the field to give Derek the illusion that he needs to run with the ball to his right and the DT next to him barely rushed rushed up and instead leaned towards his left (facing the QB) and was waiting for Derek to run with the ball.

1:47 mins in the 2nd quarter Derek is in a shotgun and Waller is open to his left but Derek feels pressure and panics and instead of stepping forward and taking the hit he starts running around throws the ball away.
Looking at it from the QB's point of view the DT might've taken Waller away by blocking Derek's view of him by lifting his right hand up BUT Renfrow was open at the middle of the field if Derek stepped up and took the hit.

Next play Derek is now in panic mode and his throws are all high or not in rhythm. Even though it's a completion they're inaccurate.

Next play is the Waller drop on 3rd down but the throw is high once again even though Waller should've caught it the ball was thrown too high.

I'm also noticing Gruden's play calling is predictable as well now.

Very first play in the 3rd quarter the linebacker steps forward KNOWING it's a run play.

Next play both Jacobs and Waller were open but Derek panics and takes the sack instead.

14:00 in the 3rd quarter the Dlineman KNOW it's a quick throw to Richard and take 2 steps forward and QUICKLY run towards Richard. Another Gruden predictable play call.

7:28 in the 3rd quarter the Vikes D show blitz coming to the outside. Carr calls an audible but the middle linebackers are ALREADY knew the audible. They are WAY too close to the line of scrimmage and knows it's a run play.

7:11 in the 3rd Derek completes a pass to Waller BUT JJ Nelson was WIDE OPEN. I'm talking this would've been a 30 yard gainer but instead Carr already knew in his head he was gonna throw to Waller for a quick pass.

6:00mins in the 3rd quarter the Vikes show blitz DARING Derek to throw a deep ball but instead the safety bails and becomes a blitz but they have ALL of the short routes covered. There's nobody running a deep route to punish the Vikes from showing a blitz.

4:30 in the 3rd quarter there is ZERO pressure on Carr and he throws the ball way off to Jacobs. Ty Williams is WIDE OPEN over the middle of field but Derek panics and doesn't throw to him.

Nem látom, hogy működne a Carr-Gruden kapcsolat. Azt látom, hogy Mack állat a Bearsben, hogy Cooper is elég jó a Boysban mi meg nem léptünk előre egy tapodtat sem...Nem látom, hogy Gruden képes a csapatot a fényre vinni, márpedig Ő marad egy darabig...így 12 hónapnyi frusztráció van kis túlzással nem pedig show...persze offseasonban fel lehet rakni a rózsaszín szempát mindig, de megint kurva hamar leesett...

Gruden nem lesz itt 10 évig edző, ha nem jönnek az eredmények. Még ebben a szezonban nem kell produkálnia, de ha jövőre sem sikerül, akkor lapát.
