Florida State Seminoles

megvan Taggart első nagy fogása, az ötcsillagos safety recruit Jaiden Woodbey személyében. a kinti fanek oda meg vissza vannak ettől a signingtól, kétszer.

szerk.: a Tomahawk Nation írása róla. Jól hangzik.

Woodbey possesses good size and appears to be well developed in his lower body. He’s an excellent tackler in the open field and running the alley as a force player. He finishes with physicality and does not allow the ball carrier to fall forward. He shows the ability to play in the box, take on and shed blocks, and be effective vs. the run and vs. screen passes to the perimeter.

Woodbey always seems to be in the right position and makes a ton of plays in coverage. He does not have elite speed or range, but it is above average. He appears to play with good instincts and effectively reads the QB from the deep middle of the field. He also showcases excellent hands and ball skills, which resulted in him grabbing a lot of interceptions as a high school defensive back.

Woodbey is one of the better safeties in the country because he does everything well. His presence and effectiveness vs. the run profiles him more as a strong safety, but his hands and instincts in coverage leave open the possibility of him contributing as a free safety or middle of the field player as well.

A szó harmadéves elkapónké, Nyqwan Murrayé:

“Coach [Taggart] is ready to light the scoreboard up. He told me he’s ready to do some big things. Score on three plays, put 50 points up on people, not be on the field too long. It’s a huge bonus because we have so many weapons. Everybody is going to get used in this offense....We’re going to keep the defense on their toes.”

Now an Oregon coach is trading in his fluorescent green and yellow for garnet and gold, as Donte Pimpleton will take over for Jay Graham as FSU’s running backs coach per NBC Sport’s Aaron Fentress. This will be a certain recruiting upgrade at the position, where it really benefits teams to stash an ace recruiter.David Visser

Derrick Nnadi meghívást kapott a Senior Bowlra.

Willie Taggart has already brought up, plans to use alternate uniforms at FSU

Jól áll Willie-nek a gránát szín és a seminole logó. 😊

Taggart 6 évre, évi 5 millió dollárért érkezik. Nem rossz pénz, ennyiért én is vállalnám a melót.

ez is nagy fogás

Nagyon jó!

At Oregon, Leavitt oversaw a defensive turnaround that is beyond impressive. In just one season under Leavitt, the Ducks’ overall S&P defensive ranking went from 119th before his arrival to 58th. And if you were frustrated with FSU’s inability to get off the field at times this season, check this out: Oregon’s passing-down defense went from 116th prior to Leavitt to 13th with the veteran coach.

And that was far from an isolated incident. Before Leavitt coached in Eugene, he headed up the defense for two years at Colorado. The year before his arrival, the Buffs’ defense ranked 109th, nationally. Two years later? 12th. Leavitt seems beyond well-suited to breathe new life into the oft-stagnant Seminole defense.David Visser

Tomahawk Nation szerint:

So who might Taggart be able to bring with him to Tallahassee? A source with intimate knowledge of the Oregon and Florida State recruiting situations gave us four names. FSU will likely get back recent de-commitments RB Jashaun Corbin and WR Antoine Green, the source said. In addition, Tampa-area Oregon commitments such as DB Isaiah Bolden and WR Warren Thompson, both of whom FSU recruited at one point, should be considered likely to flip now that FSU has landed Taggart. Bolden was an FSU commit at one time. Current Ducks defensive ends commits Malcolm Lamar (Seffner, FL) and Johnathan King (Tampa, FL), along with linebacker Andrew Johnson (Tifton, GA) should also be considered prime flip candidates.

Remélem úgy lesz, ráférne a csapatra egy kiváló class. 😊

Kíváncsian várom, hány Oregon recruit fogja követni Tallahassee-be.
