James maximum a technikáján tudna javítani. az erején nem, vannak fizikai limitációi, nem véletlenül volt UDFA. de azért tudott fejlődni, és a passzblokkolásban top 10 center. futásblokkolásnál vannak gondok, főleg komolyabb fizikumú DT-k ellen.

Nincsenek vérmes reményeim vele kapcsolatban, de ha Parham fejlődik és jön egy jó RG mellé, akkor szerintem zóna rendszerben még a futás blokkja is elmehet...

Parham kapcsán is vannak kétségeim OG poszton, mert elég kicsi a "váza", ezért örültem volna, ha Ő megy OC-nek és jön két erősebb OG...

még az is lehet, hogy Eluemunor lesz a RG, és RT-t igazolunk vagy draftolunk. James mellé viszont kellene egy jó guard mindenképpen...

After the 49ers and DL Arik Armstead attempted but failed to work out a restructured contract, San Francisco now plans to release him, per source. Armstead now is expected to become a free agent.

The #Raiders have issued ERFA tenders to S Isaiah Pola-Mao and OL Jordan Meredith. Both will make 915,000 in 2024 and become RFA’s in 2025.

LB Kana’i Mauga was also issued an ERFA tender, he’ll earn 915k in 2024 and become an ERFA in 2025

The Raiders and C Andre James have a 3-year deal for him to remain in Las Vegas..

James gets $24M over 3 years with $16M guaranteed. Roughly $10M in year 1.

-Dolphins Robert Hunt: was an effective guard when he played last year, but he missed most of the second half of the year with an injury. Just 28 years old.

-Bears Cody Whitehair: Whitehair is coming off a down season, but has plenty of experience and isn’t old enough to be in complete decline.

-Raiders Greg Van Roten: Van Roten was a career journeyman before joining the Raiders. He was stellar last year, but turns 34 this offseason.

-Jets Laken Tomlison: Tomlison 32 years old was a ProBowler in 2021 and has started 100 consecutive games. He was a cap casualty for the Jets.

-Vikings Dalton Risner: Risner is a solid pass protector, but struggles to open up running lanes. Im not worried about his run blocking rather have his pass blocking be his strong suit.

1, Nem tartom klasszis irányítónak.
2, Nem tartom a mi öltözőnkbe valónak a stílusát (abból ami eljutott hozzám médián keresztül persze)
3, Ha egy Sean Payton nem tudott vele jó O-t pályára tenni, nem tudom, hogy ez Getsy-nek majd mennyire megy...

Ugyanakkor, stop gap opciónak lehet működőképes, ha pofa befog, sztár alűrök otthonhagy és tolja a szekeret a rookie előtt. Ha elfogadja, hogy rookie elé stop gap-nek jön olcsón akkor jöhet.

De ne gondoljuk, h Ő megoldás lesz itt hosszútávon...arra lehet jó, hogy a rookie-t ne kelljen bedobni a mélyvízbe, illetve arra, hogy a mobil rookie QB előtt olyan veterán játszon, aki ugyan abban a playbookban tud dolgozni limitációk nélkül...AOC mobilitása miatt erősen handycappes lehet vele egy mobil QB-ra alapozó playbook...
