ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports impending free agent LG Carl Nicks is "expected to leave" the Saints.
A first-team All-Pro, Nicks would typically be a strong candidate for the franchise tag, but the Saints may be forced to use it on Drew Brees, allowing Nicks to hit the open market. Marques Colston is another pricey Saints free agent. Pro Football Focus' second-rated guard in the league in 2011, Nicks is in line for a monster deal heading into his age-27 campaign.

Persze, hogy jó lenne, de nem mindegy, hogy mennyiért. Szerintem TOP 5 fizetést akar majd kikaparni magának körülbelül, amit én például nem jó szívvel adnék meg neki az elmúlt szezont tekintve. Egyrészt túlságosan hullámzó a teljesítménye, másrészt volt pár meccs ahol konkrétan azt éreztem, hogy szarik bele az egészbe.
