Daboll said RT Evan Neal won’t participate in minicamp. Daboll said they’ve “backed off” Neal, who underwent ankle surgery in early January. We haven’t seen Neal take any team reps this spring. Unclear if Neal suffered a setback to prompt the backing off from doing the position drills we saw him do earlier this spring. - per Dan Duggan

So it’s good to get out here at practice and do it, but there’s a whole process that goes through with it. There’s training camp. There’s OTAs. And I’ll make the decision, like I said back in March, that I feel is best,” Daboll said.
