"They don't have the money to fire him."

Plaschke states Raiders (Mark Davis) is "cash poor" and can't afford to fire McDaniels & pay to hire another head coach.

1.I believe half the team
(Gruden guys) hasn't bought into to the new regime.
2.Lack of execution and discipline is another problem especially on offense.
3.The moral is low and there is division in the locker room
