Lions | Three ruled out for Week 1

Detroit Lions OT Jason Fox (foot) and DT Nick Fairley (foot) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 9, and have been ruled out for Week 1. CB Alphonso Smith (foot) fully participated in practice Friday but has been ruled out.

Detroit Lions RB Jahvid Best said he feels comfortable entering the season. He wishes he had a little more action in the preseason, but he noted that is just how it goes. "I'll be playing a lot next week (Week 1 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers)," Best said. "I'm really excited. I mean, I'm not going out there to prove anything. I'm going out there to just play, but I'm really excited about week one," Best said of the upcoming regular season.

Ezzel úgy nézem meg is vagyunk.
Egyetlen meglapetés (legalábbis számomra) Chris Morris C/G bennmaradása főleg úgy,hogy Dylan Gandy is a keretben maradt. Mondjuk sok játékos esetében az döntött a maradás mellett,hogy több poszton is bevethető.

15 cut volt eddig,ha jól gondolom akkor még 12 van hátra és van negyven perc.
Érdekes lesz,nagy meglepetés nem várható.

Sajnálom Harrist. Nagyon jól nyomta a fos éveinkben, s most hogy talán jobb idők jönnek, mennie kell...MacPhisto

Azért volt nagyon sok hibája sajnos.
Én is kurvára sajnálom,de ha végre el akarunk érni valamit akkor nem lehetnek mozdíthatatlan emberek. Donahue pedig igencsak elverte az edzéseken és a pre meccseken.

Nem mellesleg alig kerül valamibe:

Lions have told Ricardo SIlva he is being waived. The intention would be to re-sign him to the practice squad.

Lions have tabbed Ryan Donahue as their new punter. Nick Harris has been cut.

Safety Aaron Francisco was released.

No surprise, but the Derrick Williams era is over with the Lions. He will be released at 6 p.m.
