But the more of those guys they put out, then you have to have somebody to put out there and match them. Defensively, you don’t control that. Offensively, you control who is on the field, you control what formation they’re in and to some degree you control who gets the ball. The difference between the 3-4 and other defenses, in my experience, is that the 3-4 has the interesting feature that the front and the coverage are intertwined. If you want to run a certain coverage, you need to do certain things with your front.

ezt most egyébként az egyre inkább passz-orientált nfl offenzek miatt erőlteti BB? vagy mi a túróért? azért az egyetemekről többnyire 3-4 vagy 4-3 specialisták jönnek ki, ilyen sub D-hez kellően versatile játékosokat elég nehéz összeszedni /mint azt a mi példánk is mutatja/. mások azért elég jól elkaristolnak alap 3-4 vagy 4-3 védelemmel, vagy sok helyen nyomnak hozzánk hasonlóan majd' 70%-ban sub védelmet?
